Terms of service

1. You buy written application packs and related documents. You do not buy a job, an interview, a Civil Service score, or a right to impersonate an employer.
2. You submit applications yourself. We never log into your accounts.
3. Facts in the pack must be yours. We will not invent dates, qualifications, or right-to-work status.
4. Five-role pack (£297): 20 live adverts, you pick 5, delivery within 3 days of your pick, doubled STAR set (8–10), person-spec map, LinkedIn rewrite, tracker, two interview reports if you send invites within 90 days, one evidence rewrite if a form is rejected for length or insufficient evidence. Single pack £89 (one doubled pack plus a 5-role longlist, LinkedIn rewrite, one interview report). Coach white-label £79 a pack, minimum five, same doubled files.
5. If an advert closes before you pick, we replace it. If you do not pick within 5 days of the 10-role list, we pause until you reply.
6. No refund after we have sent the 10-role list, except where UK consumer law requires it for a fault we cannot fix.
7. Consumer cooling-off: if you are a consumer and we have not started work, you may cancel. Starting work on a digital service after you ask us to begin waives cooling-off for that work.
8. Coach clients: the coach is our customer. The jobseeker is the coach’s customer unless the coach asks us to deliver files direct.
